libalgorithm-c3-perl software package provides Perl module for merging hierarchies using the C3 algorithm, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libalgorithm-c3-perl
libalgorithm-c3-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libalgorithm-c3-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libalgorithm-c3-perl *
You will get with libalgorithm-c3-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
